After one and half years in designing and improving, the sample machine finally built up, the first cap machine was 9 colors, 6 heads, I had invited our Malaysia agents to factory to test the performance, they embroidered dozens of caps which were SIX PANEL Cap, with the same patterns, but different results as before:
1. Low rate of thread broken, even in a speed of 750 rpm;
2. Low rate of needle broken, three whole days testing, two needles broke, (needles were Germany made GROZ-bracker NO:11);
3. Take half of the time to finish the same work, namely: their on-sale machine need 52 minutes to finish a work, which for ETERNITY machine, just need 25 minutes;
4. Quickly color changing (2.5 times to which of other China made machines);
5. With a good condition of thread cut system, two tops of the thread are cut clearly;
6. Quickly device changing, to change from flat frame to tubular just need 15 minutes which other China made ones need 30 minutes;
7. Low noise, for we are using single cam driving system. and so on.
